Freshly Made Sketches 156 & Merry Monday 128 Dots or Stripes

Here's my card for  Merry Monday 128 use Polka Dots, Stripes or both made with the Freshly Made Sketch 156. I've used Verve stamps and dies and added a little bit of both the stripes and polka dots with my patterned papers.
