The Paper Players 280 Tic Tac Toe

 This week's Paper Players Challenge is a Tic-Tac-Toe and I have chosen the top row. My sentiment panel is stamped using the Stampin Up set Big Day and I've added the bling to the bottom corner. My flowers are made using stamps and dies from a Verve set (Build a Poppy?), I'm bad at remembering the names of stamp sets:)  Thanks for looking!
