Happy Birthday New Verve Peacock

I've used the Peacock image from the new Verve set Moments Remembered with a Birthday sentiment from an older set. The dotty ribbon is from Verve as well, I use it all the time cause if goes with everything. Thanks for looking!

Mojo Monday 355 + New Verve

 I usually have my Mojo Monday card ready before Saturday but a nasty flu put me behind this week. The good news is that my new Verve order came yesterday so it gave me the extra push I needed to make this card. Love the latest Verve release but I see in my excitement I forgot to finish the top of the card :) I have some aqua bakers twine I can add. Thanks for looking!

Freshly Made Sketches 146 & Merry Monday 118 Buttons & Ribbon

This week's Merry Monday Challenge was to use Buttons & Ribbon on a Christmas card and I've combined this challenge with the Freshly Made Sketch 146. I did plan to use more than one button, I was going to put small buttons on my stars but I ended up using smaller stars and didn't have small enough buttons :) , so one large button is was along with some Verve ribbon, sentiment stamp and star die. I've also flipped the sketch so that I didn't cover up the deer image on my paper, he's too cute to cover up. Thanks for looking!

Merry Monday 117 & Freshly Made Sketches 145

I've used the Freshly Made Sketch 145 with this week's Merry Monday Challenge, use sequins on your Christmas card. I love combining challenges, I need lots of guidance lol. My sequins are hard to see, I didn't have any nice bright coloured ones and the ones I have kind of blend in with the paper. The Paper Players 204 & Viva la Verve July Week 2

I'm using the Paper Players 204 Colour Challenge to try and catch up on July Viva La Verve. This week I'm using the week 2 sketch, I still need to do week 1 LOL. Love the colours in the colours challenge, had a little trouble finding the right blue and then it always photographs a little differently:) Anyway, this card uses Verve stamps, dies and ribbon, thanks for looking!

The colours I used are from the Inspiration Challenge Red, White & You and I chose the sort of light blue as my optional colour.
