Viva la Verve October Week 4

Here's my Viva la Verve October 2014 week 4 card. Hopefully I will go back and do week three before Friday:) I've used a mix of Verve stamps and dies from different sets. Really liked this sketch.

Freshly Made Sketches 159 & Merry Monday 131 Non Traditional Colours

I've turned the Freshly Made Sketch on its side this week and made this Christmas card for the Freshly Made Sketch 159 challenge and the Merry Monday 131 challenge. The Merry Monday challenge is non traditional colours so I've used some pinks and a multi coloured background paper. The sentiment and snowflake stamps are Verve and the snowman stamp is from a scrapbooking store we used to have here in town. The die cut circle is popped up on foam dots. Thanks for looking!

Freshly Made Sketches 158 & Merry Monday 130 Silent Night

I've used the Freshly Made Sketch 158 for this weeks Merry Monday Challenge, Silent Night. I have snuck a Silent Night sentiment on to my card but the actual challenge is to create a peaceful winter night scene. I am not good at scenes so I started with a snowflake (patterned paper) background and stamped Lovely as a Tree three times in Night of Navy Ink. My sentiment panel uses some Verve stamps and dies plus some stickles at the base of the die cut trees. Thanks for looking!

Mojo Monday 367 & The Paper Players 217

Here's my card for both Mojo Monday 367 and the Paper Players Challenge 217, a colour challenge. My colours are a little off, the green is too light and the honey colour is too dark LOL, but I haven't done the Paper Players Challenge for a couple of weeks and I really wanted to enter. I've used Verve stamps and dies plus some Verve dotty ribbon.  Thanks for looking!

Viva la Verve October Week 2

Here's my card for Viva la Verve October Week 2. I've used Verve stamps and dies and a doily I may have acquired at a restaurant this summer. Speaking of summer the colours I chose aren't very Octoberish :) Thanks for looking!

Freshly Made Sketches 157

For the Freshly Made Sketch 157 I've  used a Verve image that I had on hand, already stamped and hand cut out, which makes for a nice quick card when you're running behind LOL. Also used a couple of Verve sentiments and some Stampin Up circle punches. Loved this sketch. Thank for looking!

Mojo Monday 366 & Verve October Fall Fancy

Here's my card for this week's Mojo Monday challenge and also for Verve's October 2014 Inspiration challenge, Fall Fancy. I don't have any pumpkin stamps so I focused more on fall colours, leaves and flowers using Verve stamps.  Can't believe its fall already! Thanks for looking!
